Delivery

You will receive notification from our shipping department as soon as the ordered goods are sent to your address. By using the shipment tracking system you may track the whereabouts of your parcel at any time.

Shipping will be undertaken within hours of receipt of payment. We have a co-operation with the DHL parcel service.

Delivery Schedule

The information about the delivery time of goods that are not currently in stock may be obtained from the product page for that particular item. Requests for a longer delivery time or for a particular delivery date are possible.

Shipping Costs

Orders through our web shop over 29 € have free shipping within Germany. Orders above 99 € receive free shipping across continental Europe and orders above 99 £ free shipping to the UK. We include free shipping outside of Europe for orders above 199 €. Orders below these amounts cost 4.90 € within Germany, 14.90 € across continental Europe, 9 £ to the UK and 29,90 € for worldwide shipping.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
